Many Thanks is short and happy yet poignant, and serves to give you a nice little HHr fix.
Harry Potter and the Witch Queen was one of the best fics out there for a while, but it sadly seems to have been abandoned. Returning to the Start by timunderwood9 is a darker fic, but a good read. Time is the Fire by Oddment Tweak is the best HHr fic of all time IMHO and it uses time travel in an interesting way - something that I've never seen before or since.
